Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1- 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). When your order has been processed you will receive an order confirmation email from our team. You will receive another email with tracking information from DHL when your order has shipped.
Domestic (UK) Shipping
Domestic shipping lead time from dispatch of your item is approximately 1-2 days Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order is on its way, we will send you an email with tracking details.
UK Highlands and Islands
Due to location of these areas, shipping timescales to the Highlands and Islands may take longer. We cannot guarantee next day delivery to these areas due to potential issues out with our control. Postcodes included in the Highland and Island regions are as follows:

Ireland, EU and International Shipping
We regret we are currently not shipping externally from the United Kingdom. We are currently rectifying this and hope to offer this soon.
Punctuality of Service
Please note that we are unable to guarantee the timely delivery of the service provided by our delivery agent. E.g during spells of difficult weather conditions or busy periods.
Checking the Status of your Shipment
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from DHL which will include an attachment with the tracking details for your order. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your delivery.
If you have not received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
